Onion Chutney Sandwich!

INGREDIENTS – rye bread – pastrami – onion chutney ONION CHUTNEY – 1 onion – 1 tbsp red wine – 20g butter – 1 tsp honey – 1 tsp balsamic cream – salt, pepper PREPARATION Cut the onion in thin straps. INGREDIENTS steamed pastrami 10dag fresh chanterelles (or frozen) ricotta 1 tsp mayo 5dag onion 1 clove of garlic 1 tsp white wine dill PREPARATION Drench chanterelles in a salt water to remove dirt.
