INGREDIENTS steamed pastrami 10dag fresh chanterelles (or frozen) ricotta 1 tsp mayo 5dag onion 1 clove of garlic 1 tsp white wine dill PREPARATION Drench chanterelles in a salt water to remove dirt. Chop it but not too tiny. Next scorch the mushrooms o a molten butter with onion and garlic, then add wine and wait until it cools down. Add ricotta, mayo and chopped dill.
