INGREDIENTS

steamed pastrami
curly kale
hazelnuts
1 tbsp french mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch salt
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp turmeric

PREPARATION

Hazelnuts curly kale:
Put curly kale into a ball of boiling water and leave it there for a moment. In a mentime crush the hazelnuts. Add olive oil, hazelnuts and salt to the kale. Next you need to prepare the sauce out of mayo, french mustard and turmeric by simply mixing it all together.

In our sandwich we use the steamed pastrami – just place a slice of it on a toasted bread. Then we complete our dish with early prepared sauce and kale salad ­čÖé Sandwich ready! Enjoy!
