INGREDIENTS
– rye bread
– pastrami
– onion chutney

ONION CHUTNEY
– 1 onion
– 1 tbsp red wine
– 20g butter
– 1 tsp honey
– 1 tsp balsamic cream
– salt, pepper

PREPARATION
Cut the onion in thin straps. Stew it on a frying pan with melted butter. Add red wine, honey, salt and pepper and at the very end – balsamic cream. Mix it until your chutney gets very dense.

Toast two slices of bread (you can use frying pan). Put the onion chutney on one of the warm bread slices, put steamed pastrami on the other half and voilà! Your sandwich is ready. Bon appetit!
