steamed pastrami
10dag fresh chanterelles (or frozen)
1 tsp mayo
5dag onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp white wine

Drench chanterelles in a salt water to remove dirt. Chop it but not too tiny. Next scorch the mushrooms o a molten butter with onion and garlic, then add wine and wait until it cools down. Add ricotta, mayo and chopped dill. You might also like to use some seasoning: salt and thickly grounded pepper. In our sandwich we use steamed pastrami, that we place on slices of grilled bread. Then we add early prepared chanterelles’ mouse. Bon appettit!
