Heat the slices in the evaporating pot on the sieve, covered for 10 minutes or on the frying pan, pouring a little water over them and enjoy the taste of the unique pastrami. We deliver our pastrami in 1 kg (2×0,5kg) vacuum-packed portions. The meat is dry-cured with our special mix of over 30 herbs and spices and then it’s put in another aromatic unique mix of spices and smoked. As a result we get delicious, slightly spicy pastrami used to make world’s most popular and best sandwiches. Our pastrami is produced in full EU and ecologically compliant conditions.
