This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which Deli Club Sp. z o. o. with its registered seat at Kraków, Aleja Powstania Warszawskiego 15, stores and provides access to information on User’s devices by means of cookies in order to deliver electronically supplied services as requested by User.

- Pastrami Deli Service is operated by Deli Club Sp. z o. o. with its official seat at Kraków, Aleja Powstania Warszawskiego 15, entered in the National Court Register in custody of Kraków Śródmieście District Court XI Business Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000842152, tax ID: 6762580795, REGON: 386103560, Deli Club Sp. z o. o.
- The Service acquires information on users and their behaviour in the following manner:
- through data which users voluntarily submit through forms,
- by saving cookies in their terminal devices,
- by collecting server logs by the hosting operator available at klatka.pl.

- Data submitted through forms may constitute a collection of prospective clients registered by us in the Register in custody of Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO).

- Information on certain user behaviours are logged at the server layer. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of server administration as well as to ensure the highest level of efficiency for hosting services provided.
- Internet resources viewed are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
- time when query was received
- time when request was sent
- name of client station – identification by HTTP protocol,
- information on errors which occurred during HTTP transaction,
- URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Service was reached via a link,

- The above mentioned data cannot be associated with individual users who browse our web pages.
